FACEBOOK AD ACCOUNT WARM UP

If your account is healthy, you can jump straight into ads without worrying about a warm-up.

Hello, my best forum, BlackHatWorld!

I’m new to the forum and to Facebook ads, and I’ve been diving into affiliate marketing. I’d really appreciate some guidance from this awesome community to see if my understanding is on the right track. Here’s what I’ve experienced so far:

  1. Warming Up the Ad Account: In my initial campaigns, I noticed that Facebook didn’t seem to give me the right audience right away. I reached over 100,000 people with one of my ads but didn’t get any results. It was only after running a few more ads that I started to see better performance. Does this mean that Facebook needs to "warm up" your ad account before it can accurately target the right audience? Should I expect to spend without results at the beginning?
  2. Targeting a New Country: I’m planning to apply what I’ve learned and target a different country, Do I need to approach this in the same way, expecting a warm-up period, or is there something specific I should do to avoid the initial lack of results?
Thanks so much for any advice you can offer. I’m eager to learn and improve my approach to Facebook ads!
Here's the answer to both of your questions. Facebook has such a concept as warming up an advertising account, but it is not as important as a pixel, for example, which collects complete and useful information that allows algorithms to show ads to target people.

So you should focus on setting up the pixel correctly and also on creating ads that reflect the benefits of your product and help solve the pain points of your target audience
