Hello everyone,
I hope i can find my answer here.
I have an old ad account has been resticted i am trying to recover it, the problem i can't request verification the button is gryed and also i can't verify my account, i can't also achieve to facebook support.
When i try to use a new account got restricted also i try to use a new one in new phone and connecting for 4g but always the same problem evry ad got rejected when i contact support they told me that ad not accepted even in normal product and normal caption without phone number or emojies.
I saw on fiverr some offers they told that they can recover your ad account disabled i didn't undrstand how they do that i sarching more than one month for a solution i try all what i saw on forums or youtube but nothing solve.
I have tried also to use new business account and contact support for there then told them that my account is restricted they told me ok we will see then no answer.
Please if someone can help me if you have any idea what to do.
Another question please: i see peoples selling facebook business account they told that's verified i should trust them? i can but a one and use it?
