Facebook Ad Account "Identity Confirmation Failed"

Hi, I have been asking for a check on my personal ad account since September but I can't because Facebook is unable to confirm my identity. In fact, after having tried several times to send my documents, identity card and driving license, facebook has never been able to confirm the identity. This is my real and personal account.

Identity Confirmation Failed
We're always looking out for the security of our community. Because your identity can't be
confirmed, you won't be able to request a review.

Facebook support always tells me that they can't do anything because identity verification is done via "Account Quality".
I know this problem has affected several users in the past, have any of you ever managed to find a solution?

Note: Both on Facebook/ID and on the developers section my identity is verified

Did you ever used this account to spam on groups or add unknown people?

Did you ever logged into this account from other IP addresses?

no it's my real profile i only add people i know. It happens that I connect from 2 or 3 different places but I have never had any problems.
note that when these restrictions were applied I didn't even have any ads active at that time

Does that acc have 2FA ON?

Do you have other FB accs on the same IP?

I know this problem has affected many users in 2021. The support people say that sooner or later it will be possible to upload the documents again, but honestly I don't believe I have been waiting for it since October.
 
Move to the next profile. You cant do anything anymore to save the profile.

Facebook concierge can't do anything. The only one who can solve the problem easily is an account manager, but I have no idea how to get in touch with any of them.
Unfortunately Facebook's support is ridiculous, they have no decision-making power.

They also keep telling me different things about my account status. "it's not a permanent ban" but I can't request control because their stupid bots don't recognize my documents.

The most ridiculous thing about all this is that through the app store application "Ads Manager" I can create campaigns from my mobile. But sadly, many essential features are missing

this is only haplen when your geo location doesn’t matter the ID you want to verify.. try to use same state socks instead of vpn to make it done

Some facebook accounts can contact facebook support, not all accounts can bro
 
There is no point in using the VPN if it is your real account and you are connecting from the same country where you live. Unfortunately this is a bug of the shitty faebook bots.
The support is ridiculous, it doesn't exist. They spend money on Facebook Consierge but these guys have no power, I have spoken to them several times on the phone and no one can help me in verifying documents.
The only way is to defeat the bug with another bug, which is to find an alternative method of submitting documents. I know some guys have succeeded
 
Sounds like a bug (which FB is sometimes riddled with)
Basically you just need to wait it out and whenever an update comes they'll likely fix it.
Another thing you can do is give admin rights to another user (like your partner or parents) and use their accounts to use your BM.
 
sometimes FB doesn't deal with the problem directly, they use a random algorithm. so you can message them directly

This problem has occurred since 2020, to date has not changed anything.

In addition, the restrictions applied prevent you from adding new people to your accounts to manage, in other words, blocking is complete. And this is illegal.

I handle hundreds if not thousands of accounts, Facebook has changed a lot of issues since then but there's always bugs if you're unlucky enough
This is not totally true, as OP said they can advertise through the app, they can very likely add people,
I've had many people with their personal ad account being blocked and asking for verification, they can just ditch that and use someone else's
Facebook can either ban the ad account, ban the whole BM, or ban your personal account from using the BM, depending on each situation there's solutions.
