Facebook Ad Account "Identity Confirmation Failed"

I've had many people with their personal ad account being blocked and asking for verification, they can just ditch that and use someone else's
Facebook can either ban the ad account, ban the whole BM, or ban your personal account from using the BM, depending on each situation there's solutions.

After the restrictions are applied, there is no way to add people to the business accounts.

Facebook is part of a dominant market and cannot simply block a company (advertiser) without strong justification.

I remind you that in these cases, they block personal account that has never been used for advertisements, but keep active business accounts and advertisements, which shows that nothing has been infringed, but no longer let the person manage the business account and advertisements, this is illegal and unjustified.

I don't get why people sometimes response with no clue? you CAN NOT contact support my dude, I've been running campaigns for years using Facebook and also by accounts that are mine and some of my families accounts, like actual legit accounts with verified business, guess what? they blocked them for absolutely 0 reasons as I wasn't even running ads on them, you cannot apply, you cannot contact them, basically they tell you to fu** off lol so now my friend just go ahead and try to get another account running

It doesn't matter. Facebook has a poor support, and will block your accounts for no reason these days.
 
One thing you could do for example to save BM's that require an appeal but you can't submit because of ID verification, is to add another profile to the BM that has identity confirmed and "reinstated" advertising access. I have saved my own BM's with this method.

This restriction does not allow add people to the ads account or BMs, could only do this before the restriction as a preventive measure.

"You can't add people to this business because your account is prevented from advertising."

that's true, but in this case the restrictions are only on the personal profile. Business managers are all active
 
I would recommend that you contact the support in ad payment, it can help, they activated my deactivated advertising account.
 
I highly recommend that you contact Facebook support live chat. Hopefully they can solve your problem!

I had the same issue with facebook. It basically happens when your Facebook profile name doesn't match with your provided ID proof. The name must be the same on both.
 
seeing the date of your post. there should be a ban wave during that time, i have a lot of new ad account require identity verification. whether its real or fake accounts. it usually trigger when creating ads for the first time.

if its your real account, the way you can do is dont do anything from account quality. instead live chat support from the business help center ( not all accounts has this feature). usually those has create ads before has this. after some questions, they will request for a call with you. when that happens, ask them to submit the request on your behalf. you will get back your account if everything checks out.

but if its bought account, you can just get a new account. register and add a new email as full privilege admin into the bm you bought. if you facebook account is ban but your bm is still active, you can get a new facebook account to register into the new email you added.

it's my real account. I've talked to facebook support many times but they can't do anything.
 
its impossible to reinstate an account once the decission has been made. Support cant do anything. Decision is made by the internal team. And there is no way to contact them. You should just get a new account instead

I know, that's what I said. I'm just wondering who made the decision not to accept my real documents, which all the rest of the world accepted :)
 
Does your fb account have 2fa enabled and does the ip match your fb profile you should see this issue
