Facebook Acct block and Paypal

Hey fellows.. I've been cloaking some Native adnets, but never tried FB. I'm willing to burn a couple Ad Accounts to test, but would be nice to know first if they block your Ad account.. will that mean they also block your PayPal to be used with another Ad Account?
