Its easy, i m working On 10 computers in the same time. Only what you need is stick modem - huawei e3372 and sim card. Put your sim card to modem, and modem to computer - ur welcome! You can Change ip when you want! :)

and how can i extract proxy from stick modem?

Try to change a little of its content, use a strong account with a good spending history, add a proxy
