Facebook Account Suspended

My business facebook account got suspended. I don't know exactly why. The account I used was very clean and legit. After all it was used for my business. Now Facebook suspended it. For recovery the want an ID I think. Unfortunately I have used a fake name, while creating the account (privacy and so on). If I would send them my ID they are likely not to unban my account, cause of the name.

Do you guys have any solutions, tricks or tips how I can dodge the verification or just get my account unbanned. This account is of extreme value to me.

I think you have violted FB terms and Conditions ... while running ads or posting the wrong content, I think its very difficult to get it back , you can try calling their regional support
 
Same happened with me I got my business account banned. No solution. Facebook is getting strict day by day.
 
Request FB he will reopen your account if you dont violate fb policy
 
Maybe contact support and say a business associate who has now left the business started the account?
 
How can I manage to contact facebook and talk with REAL humans? Only thing I see are the dozen of support pages with useless forms and texts that don't help me in any way.

Do they have a contact email or phone number where I can resolve the problem?

Agreed and it's not just facebook but every company in this world ....it's getting near impossible to speak to a human...they make you go through automated systems galore hoping that 98% of ppl will just give up and drop off ...that's how they get rid of you
 
More than two months ago, I opened my Facebook account. But it got suspended a few days later. I don't know why. So I tried to contact Facebook. I filled in some information according to the Facebook prompt. In a few days, I could use my Facebook account. So lucky.
 
The best thing is to move on. Create another mind blowing business account, but without violating the terms and conditions of facebook.
 
From my experience, this will happen all too often for no good reason. Don't waste another second trying to get it back. Make a new one and get back out there! Goodluck.
 
Ok one last question. The account is not so much important to me.

But this account created my business page and is the only administrator there.

The page I created is still visible in search. If I was to create another account is it possible to somehow get access to the page I created before?
 
i tried to register on facebook twice, always fail to do it
i am actually done it, but after that my acc was blocked and they asked for my id, i send it to them, and that's all, folks, nothing happened

yeah I think the only solution I have is send them my ID with my real name and hope they don't care that much and unban me.

did they never respond to your appeal?
 
I just sent the appeal form with my real ID to facebook. I will keep you guys updated on how the process of appealing works.

EDIT 1: Just received an automated email saying they will review my information.

I wish you the best of luck. The same exact thing happened to me. I made a Facebook account with fake name bc I only used it to be an admin for my business page. The mistake I made was being the only admin. They wouldn't budge and even denied my request to just flat out delete my business page. I had to make all new accounts.

I hope you get a better result!
 
Its been 3 years now my facebook ,buisness account got banned, I tried my best filling all contact forms, received autoreplies, but it wont work.Go for the new one friend.

Why was it a mistake for you to be the only admin?
