Facebook account payment error.

Hi, my account is experiencing payment errors and irregularities. The account has a prepaid balance, and I don't understand why.
Currently, for new accounts, the payout threshold is $2. As you spend, the payout threshold will increase by 10%.

I've seen similar issues with prepaid balances and payment errors, and it's often related to a temporary verification or billing issue, as some of you have mentioned. LohanFC, have you tried removing and re-adding the payment method to see if that resolves the issue, or checked for any notifications in Ads Manager that might provide more insight? Additionally, ensuring that the payment method and account info match exactly can also help prevent these errors. It's also possible that Facebook is just taking some time to reassess the account, so continuing to spend as usual and monitoring the account's quality might be the best course of action for now. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and found a specific solution that worked for them?

Some tricks we used:
- Add card through the boost post page
- Add balance from E-wallet with new cards
- Change the smaller threshold and add a new card

Yeah, that happens a lot—prepaid doesn’t bypass trust checks, so payment errors usually come from risk flags like sudden spend changes, past failed charges, or account trust issues. Most of the time it’s Meta’s system auto-pausing while it re-reviews, not the balance itself.
