facebook account disabled upon creation

hi i create a new fb acc and it got disabled soon , so i submitted my gov id which has the same details as the fb accs. This is what facebook replied..

Unfortunately, we will not reactivate your account for any reason.

may i know why i got this message even though i verified the account with a real gov id, and i they just disable my account right after i click sign up.
