Facebook has a service where you can buy adverts from them. PPC/CPA etc

If you want real traffic,There is no good alternative of Facebook service.

Facebook ads - you can buy traffic from Facebook with it. Facebook owns it.

I used Facebook official advertising services in the past, and it actually did bring in some traffic. I couldn't afford to keep it up (did not want to spend my entire savings).

As this guy has said it can get very expensive. Make sure you run some tests before investing a decent amount of money into it.
