I'm not here to offer you any life advice, because I am an idiot. But in my 37 years on earth ive been through a lot of break ups with women and friends (if you want to look at it that way) etc. But with time everything changes. Hope you feel better.

well, I'm not enough of an idiot to describe all the dumb things in public that I have done and thought, which makes me an idiot. But I will tell you one thing I've done consistently as an idiot, is get caught up in trivial happenings in life that will have no meaning in a decade from the time those trivial things happened. And let those meaningless things control my mind, emotions, and attitude - for any period of time.

In my opinion you have already told too much, we are all nice people here in BHW, anyway... When people know intimate stuff about you than can manipulate you and do nasty things to you. That's why there's secrecy when you talk to a therapist and there's also an ethics code.maybe i'm still too young for another heartbreak ,yes.
theres a lot of untold details that I want too keep personal, because of ethical issues, those are health related (no im good and healthy)
and for me women leaving is not just women leaving, because my mother left me when I was kid.

Sounds easier than it is, but yeah, just have to get something to disctract me drom all that, sadly it is almost summer now and that is making it even harder to focus on im, but i have to, i want to, i need to.
