I understand what you are going through. But don't let go of that. Focus on your projects, make money, enjoy life. If you manage to be happy alone, with you, without a gf, then you are on the right track. Above all, you have to please yourself. The gf come later. It should be just a bonus in your life. I understand, especially if you were with her a long time. Courage, brother
 
I know how that goes. I have been there. And I can say without a doubt if you fall backwards with your addictions you will only compound your current problems. That's but a bandaid and those problems will still be festering underneath. Stay strong brother.
 
I remember how it feels man. But the problem is, you should not make your life depending on a gf.

Also not on a dayjob. Start your own business or switch job if you hate it.

I used to have this problem. Then its just cycles. Because nothing changes, no achievements.

After i started my own business i focused on that and nobody dare to touch my business. I just love doing what i do, and also to learn what i learn.

I think you need something you can build up. Where your work is not lost in a few years...

A bit young to give you advice but if you are listening:
Give it some time it will pass, and after it does (it will 100%) focus on your money. Take some risks, something you would never do ever and if it fails do it again.

Also, if there's nothing keeping you where you are go move to some island and start fresh. Drastic changes always help.
Get a job there on the beach, meet new people, go through the dating pool. You never know what will happen, who you might meet..
If it's not better than your life you can always go back and find another shitty job :D

few weeks ago, over 5 million refugees from Ukrain got displaced all around the globe, little kids lost their mother/father... parents lost their children...you guys know whats up...and you are on this hack forum wining and writing about your GF leaving you... man you do need help...grow some balls!
 
It's part of the journey brother. You are being prepared for the biggest success. Watch motivational videos until you get back on your feet. One day you will be living so good that these days won't even mater. Good Luck and show the world who are you and why you are here :)
 
Meditating and doing some exercises can make a big difference (even basic exercises, just go for a 20-minute run).
Don't hesitate to reach out for (professional) help.
 
Calm down mate, Always after the storm is sunny! Find a new passion, start imagining for bright future, and after a couple of months, everything will be on a different level.
 
If it all sucks, change it.
Since your job sucks, you can start chasing 7 figures. That's the coolest thing you can do these days if you feel bad about your boss!
The ways to do it in the age of Internet are much different than before.
I mean, if you have a goal like 7 figure income, you can feel like some random event can't stop you.
