F**** egay!!!!

Fuk!n great , ive been target by a scam ring and ebay blames me lol!!!

So heres my story! I was selling a expensive item below market price and I get a bunch of request from different users to sell them wholesale , cheaper price. I say no. Finally i make my first sale im happy ready to ship but i had some personal problems and couldn't ship it for a couple days , then suddenly i get another sale, 1 feedback SAME ADRESS ! Im like sh!t ,both users are scam, i refund the second one saying i ran out of stock. then 3 more buyers , all had different arabic names, one had about 200 feedback , the other where 0 and 1 SAME ADRESS !!!! They all pay me immediately. I refund one of them, and he goes on my ebay and gives me bad feedback :madfawk: funny thing is that his ebay adress says something like United Arab Emirates and his paypal is in the US. So I call ebay just now for 30 mins (25 min on hold, 5 min talking) And they dare tell me THERES NOTHING SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THESE USERS!!!!!!! AND THAT ITS MY FAULT FOR GETTING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR REFUNDING THEM WITHOUT CONTACTING HIM FIRST !!!!!!
seriously seriously im fuking going nuts here. They tell me how they cant do anything about it unless the scammers accept my cancel transaction request, meaning im STILL GOING TO PAY THE FUK!NG FEES FOR ALL THIS ITEMS!!!!!! 3 of the scammers denied my cancel transac after i already refunded them , but i still have the money of 4 more what can i do with it ???? The moment i refund them they'll destroy my account with neg feedback, if i send the items they'll claim its never came , or its fake etc... and get refunded. SINCE EBAY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT , WTF CAN I DO????????

So as I understand you, it's the same person with different accounts ordering from you?

If they are scammers then take the money, send them an empty box each through tracked shipping, when paypal come calling because they have reported you then you have proof you sent it.

I'm not endorsing the usage of this, but if they really are scammers then call it karma.

yes but acording to ebay no. like i stated on my post they can claim that its fake or broken auto refund !

a week has passed and they are already opening cases about where the item lol !! i knew it major scam!! well i took the money and invested in stocks. im making small profit. i read somewhere a while ago that once they open a case they cannot open a different case about the same item is that still true? so if i ship the items now with tracking on an empty box can they do anything? another thing the item was going to be dropshipped from the usa , i am outside the usa if they receive an empty box from outside, will ebay or paypal do anything about it?

Fight fire with fire! I had people blackmail me before on ebay, saying if i didnt refund them they would purchase my lowest valued item and leave negative feed back etc, so i blocked the user and he said he would go on his friends account and do it so i had to take a few of my items off of ebay just so they fuckers couldnt do it!! Ebay dont give a damn! most of its automated bullshit responses these days!

I really hate this happens. Not the first time to get fuk by ebay!

fantastic story ...but if you sell 2 , 3 or 4 items for same client is good ..because i seel every month 2 or 3 items for 1 , 2 or 3 clients and is good for me because i have 7 up to 12 clients every month , heh
