Did anyone ever find this? Would be useful for a lot of people.
I use a website called graptweet You just type in the twitter name, let it load and then copy and paste the tweets.
To get them formatted:
I copy and paste the text into excel
Select the column
Click the "Data" tab
Click Text to Columns"
Select Delimited and click "next.
Uncheck "Tab" and Check "Other"
In the "Other' box type |
Click "next" then "finish
This should separate the data by columns, so you simply copy and paste the tweet column into a text file.
Note: I also use "Search All" function to remove mentions or links.

Try Tweet Frenzy from Tompbots, you get all the tweets in a txt file line by line
