Extract all external links from a domain

I'm trying to find a tool that will tell me every external link from a domain. Not all external links from a single URL, the whole domain. I have found a heap of tools that will extract all external links from a single page, but I am looking for a tool that will extract all external links from the whole domain.

Does such a tool exist?

Plug the URL in the domain bar then select Linking domains under Outgoing Links Tab. That should definitely solve your problem in 10 seconds or less.
