Expired Web 2.0s In 2023

Hi everyone, as I have been getting more and more into blackhat SEO a common topic I see is expired web 2.0s. I have also noticed that in the recent years there hasn't been as much chatter around it. Do you guys think high PA expired web 2.0s and web 2.0 pbns are still worth building in 2023?

Well, if these expired web 2.0s have had backlink work done to them in the past, then that will skip some work for you, and may help with indexing if you use it as a buffer. But many web 2.0s have measures in place now that make it much harder to reclaim accounts, and it'll probably be hard to find anything that is relevant to your exact niches.

expired web 2.0s will work if they have good backlinks, i have around 10 expired typepad web 2.0s with very good backlinks, I gave links from these to one of my website and within a week i saw rankings improved a lot and most of the keywords came in top 4 positions.
