Expired Domain for Money site?

Hello guys,

Recently I was thinking about buying brandable expired domain with high DA and metrics for my money site.

Should I be careful on something or any advice guys? I checked backlinks with my friend and it seems clear.

Do you think expired domain is a good thing to create a money site?

Of course, it is good if you can find a good expired domain. Your website will rank fast.

This is what I do

I use rank-my-address or whatever the url is to check the metrics for cheap.
Check backlinks on Ahrefs
Check TF / CF
Check DA / PA
Look on http://web.archive.org/ and see what type of website it was, have a look at a few of the snapshots.
ANYTHING japanese/Russian/Chinese avoid unless that's your niche area

Yes absolutely, that's great idea to buy an expired domains for a money websites.

Remember: Referring Domains should be the number one priority before you buy an expired domain. Neat & Clean profile is a plus point.

just a question i am very new to SEO so ignore my ignorance

suppose i buy 10+ HIGH authority domain and give do follow backlink to my money website will google detect i am doing it ? i am afraid because i read somewhere google can detect PBN ....i think not but needs some second opinion

. i have cash so i am going to go crazy on this method ..can anyone please advice me if its fully safe

It should be useful for the targeted niche if there aren't any japanese/spam links involved.

If your expired domain is history clear and it has good DA and less than 3% spam score.Its a good practice.

I guess after Trump the White House spam score went too high for your taste.

On more serious note - welcome to 2020 where we check the links by ourselves and do not believe 3rd party metrics. Especially Moz, and especially spam score. Just saying.

I couldn't care less - never ever even check it. If the links are good, what Moz says is completely irrelevant. Go check this domain: buyessayy.com

Over 1k spam referring domains, there is not ONE good link there. Spam Score? 0.

customessayy.com ? The same.

You can test it yourself - check legit, good websites and obviously spammed ones - Moz doesnt help you even a bit to find which is what.
