Hello Blackhatters,

I have an aged domain that I caught using drop catch recently. This domain belongs to sports/ news niche and has backlinks from super authority domains such as CNET, Huff Post, Telegraph and other major publications.

Now my questions is rather simple.Since majority of the backlinks point to inner pages, what would be the best approach? I have two options in my mind.

1.Set up an affliate site in the same niche i.e sports and redirect all internal pages having backlinks to homepage.

2.Recreate all internal pages having backlinks and then run the site as a traditional adsense blog.

I am literally quite stumped on this one.

Create all internal pages exactly matching the links from the authority domains. You want to make sure the content here is very similar to what the original site had. Doing so will make sure that the editor of any of those sites does not remove the link when he is checking his back links and ends up on your website.

P.S. I am not sure why you have different rules for affiliate v/s adsense - every website has a homepage and multiple internal pages.

The different rules were only from the SEO point of view.I wanted to recreate internal pages only if I am looking to run this site as a traditional blog. For amazon affiliates I would simply redirect all the backlinks to the homepage and then proceed with content creation.

Aged domain always gets a better ranking.

You can use the first idea because you have an backlinks from popular sites.

So, setup an site related to niche it will works better.

I ll suppose that will work out the best.I would like to thank everyone for their valuable inputs.
