EXPERT SETUP GOOGLE ADS

Hi,

I would like your advices. Ive used many times adwords, with same IP / payments details. It worked now it doesn't, Concretely how do you run ads now with flagged information. My ideas :
-Use RDP
-Use VCC (didnt find something serious, help me)
-use proxies ? (i feel like you need to be a hacker to run ads now)

You don't need to be a hacker, but you need to look on this forum and find your own twists on methods, and you are ready to go
