Exclamation mark upon monetization

Can somebody help me with this? i always get an exclamation mark when i click on the monetization asking for additional details i dont own the rights all the videos are ripped please can somebody tell me how to get that working?

Actually some videos are from torrents and are not available on youtube i am not able to monetize them also

Ohh so i see they are now not suspecting videos but channels instead once a channel gets a ! mark video they suspect all the videos from that channel ... thankss i beter get a new channel now

But is there any chance for ($) video goes back to (!) ?

I think I've seen it in the couple of my videos...

Its very hard to upload ripped off content for monetization. You can try making your own for 2 months to get it some good repo in the eyes of youtube.
