step.5. He bought your product. Great, ask him to leave +ve feedback. and refund him the whole or partial amount of the product. Here you can succumb your competitors by giving them -ve feedback. Its upto you if you are gonna up or wana bring them down first.

Its up to you. I've a suggestion for you. Just search the hashtag freebies or giveaways on Instagram. You'll have a lot of IDs offering free products on refund after review basis... They guys are doing this same thing.
