I have a few different methods that I used to drive traffic to about 14 different sites that I own that has been very profitable over the past 8 years and I have made a good six figure a year income for a long time using this method but I am wanting to slow down and enjoy life a little but I dont want to sell the business nor do I want to stop running it and it is very hard to find staff that will actually make an effort.
So I am looking for some partners who want are looking for a side project. Each partner will get one state in the US to market in and we use some classified ads sites and facebook so you will need to post in and manage in a facebook group in each of the major cities in that particular state as well as do other task which I dont want to post on here in public.
I currently make about $700 a day total but I have 15 workers (most part time) who do the work but I do not have time to reach the whole market every day I am doing this so I have one dedicated person in each state so increase the revenues. My guess is the average state will earn about $600 to $1k a month but that really depends on how much effort you put into it and with someone wanting to work full time at it you might be able to see $2k to $3k a month.
A few things I will require is a contract that requires that you do not share the method of discuses it with anyone even if you leave the project and a non compete that you will not compete or use our methods with any other sites or any other project. And you can only do this in the assigned state so I dont have one person competing with someone else.
The split will vary on my cost. I am not asking anyone to pay for anything but there is cost involved such as software (one is $29 a month) and proxies, phone numbers, ect. If I pay all the cost then the split would be 40% to the partner and 60% to me. If we split cost it is 50/50 and if you pay cost it is 60/40 with you getting the 60%. It will also depend on whos adsense account we use since I have to pay a higher tax rate than others.
You would need to spend around two hours a day on the site min and the more time spend the more you will make. I am not looking for someone who is just always looking for that next get rich quick idea and will work for three days and then not do anything for four or five days. You must have work ethic and work every day not just whenever you have some free time.
I am a very experienced online marketer and have done this full time for well over 15 years so it is a good way to learn the business. If you are interested PM me and I will send you more details.
