Established method looking for partners to grow

My guess is the average state will earn about $600 to $1k a month but that really depends on how much effort you put into it and with someone wanting to work full time at it you might be able to see $2k to $3k a month.

A few things I will require is a contract that requires that you do not share the method of discuses it with anyone even if you leave the project and a non compete that you will not compete or use our methods with any other sites or any other project. And you can only do this in the assigned state so I dont have one person competing with someone else.

The split will vary on my cost. I am not asking anyone to pay for anything but there is cost involved such as software (one is $29 a month) and proxies, phone numbers, ect. If I pay all the cost then the split would be 40% to the partner and 60% to me. If we split cost it is 50/50 and if you pay cost it is 60/40 with you getting the 60%. It will also depend on whos adsense account we use since I have to pay a higher tax rate than others.

You would need to spend around two hours a day on the site min and the more time spend the more you will make. I am not looking for someone who is just always looking for that next get rich quick idea and will work for three days and then not do anything for four or five days. You must have work ethic and work every day not just whenever you have some free time
