You cannot rank high if you can't manage to drive 150-600 good links to your website. It's the rule for adult niche, excluding hard porn. Plus, Google take escort websites and directories as something light. We all know that since 2012 for our niche.

Now we need to be even lighter.

Remove total nudity and dirty words from your home. Describe services and providers like would describe yourself at Tinder. Try to promote the providers -- if you are the responsible for the content -- make it smooth.

I'm driving both kind of content and the former are down the drain since late December.

I'm totally scratching the surface to have a total facelift. The ones looking like nothing but lingerie stores are doing better than ever. But I had to ask other WM to remove some links pointing my stuff.

Check duplicity. Sometimes content yours, copied from other website might hurt you if those - now dirty links are pointing that content.

We all know G algos are mad. Better safe than sorry. Not a case of charity here, but a lot of you guys has helped me a lot. Think it's time for sharing and help you against bumps like these ones.

Just check your position now and have a lil Moral (weird hun?) 'Facelift'. For geolocation, avoid repetition like it used to work fine. Let G check your position and present what's nearest from you. Stop stuffing places and areas. Let it clear on your H3. It's okay. Preserve H1 and 2 for prices, fees, names and smooth tunes/terms.

Girls, Boys, Ts are providing SERVICES, right?

(...)

For a long period of time I've been using for some websites the ad plus hotels nearby the providers. Guess what? I'm ranking okay for people looking further info about those hotels.

Oh G.

Too bad I'm not managing any Airbnb stuff.

Lot of things have changed for adult content. Please share if you have noticed major shiftings.

They 100% do not care about nudity on escort sites.

But I agree content/low quality pages are an issue. Simple SEO practices will avoid this.

In short: nothing has really changed in the last few months, just research and copy competitors when possible.

And 150 good links? Very arbitrary. Try ranking for London Escorts with 150 links... lol. Or rank a small town with just blog comments.

I apreciate and respect your input Mikey. But since I'm reviewing and making my content less naughty, some pages just skyrocketed. I was reading something about safe searching and how G are making more harder than ever to bypass it.

One question: I suck as hell for the Great London Area but I do fine for all Merseyside and Great Manchester. I spend just 5-6 weeks a year over there doing biz and I try my best pushing GEO and local marks.

About links, I have 2-3 websites ranking page 1 for Birmingham, West Brom... Less than 50 links with high CF/TF.

Anyway, good to share thoughts.

If I remember correctly the safe guarding penalties didn't apply to adult keyword/markets. But anyway, we are advertising companionship so why would you include nude pictures or bad language :)

Well what keywords are we talking, because I compete in Birmingham and your site isn't on page 1 for "Birmingham Escorts". You most certainly don't have 2-3 ranking on there lol.

Do you have any data to back up these claims?

Case 1. I was bumping to TopEscorts then I though... right, what I'm really looking for? AHREFS might help but only listening and checking how locals refer to their queries will give me a better landscape.

How a typical Mancunian query about paid companionship? My clients got no budget to rub shoulders against Fx3. Maybe you're their SEO guy. I bet on long tail KW.

Set up your smartphone for Aston, as an example. Bet you my websites are doing fine if you are there and looking for escort girls.

Aston isn't "Birmingham Escorts" - you could rank every suburban/intercity part of bham and it would still be less than the main keyword - "Birmingham Escorts". Look at the first page for that. Everyone has nude images, all directories have little content.

Long tail keywords are easy to rank... but lets be honest. The money is in "city" Escorts. And again - Manchester. The big money is in the main keyword. You can target the long tails all day long but the guys ranking for "Manchester escorts" will be making x10. and the guys ranking for the main keyword will take the subkeywords too if they target them even slightly

I'm not bashing you, I am just discussing what my research shows.

Sounds very interesting, how do you manage to get paid ? And do you have them "employed" under your business or are these girls independant and if you get a call from a customer you get some provision?

I'm not taking for bashing at all. I love to discuss and share experiences. Most of my UK and German clients are groups of independent girls and trannies. If they're making five digits per month they are happy. Of course long tail kW are easier than prime local plus prime term.

But ok. I'm satisfied and I'm looking for better products on mobile. I mean, finding the way to make the websites turn into a temporary app? Giving client/provider tools for better communication and safety?

I'm trying to look ahead. I was ready to give up Ionic Cordova and webview when I found a way to mix
Desktop content with mobile content without a necessity to download nothing.

I'm not missing your point here. You perhaps make 10x more money than I do. But moving to mobile-first are making me stronger on my niche. I'm giving my clients better tools to do biz.

Do I have a point since voice recognition and geolocation boost opportunities? Plus video chat, safe paying, black/white listings? I'm looking for companionship, and real time... I see tons of markers blinking. One touch and voilà. Couple of pushes and you are filled with all info you are looking for.

I'm not sure if you share my point of view.

I used to listen to people telling me whatsapp or telegram had it all for client/providers doing business. Yeah, right. I wish I had more time and resources for development on Adult SEO.

Do you think WP hurt SEO for adult niches? Some logs show us that Google seems to ignore more than a couple of paragraphs. Talk about Wall Street and assets and 1000k words are gold. What do you think about it?
