ePayments f****d up

Doubt they're going to recover. Kinda Epese situation.
All these services come and go due to their nature. Most money stored there is, well, somewhat shady to say the least, it is the matter of time when authorities decide to bust it.
And of course they will make promises for as long as they can.

Yeah, keep spreading shit like this.

Nobody busts those companies because the funds stored there are "shady". This is just not how it works. None of these companies was busted for this exact reason. Not even BTC-e.

Let's not forget that epayments is not some offshore shit, they have a license in the UK. They are required to store customer funds separately from company assets, and there's no reason currently to believe this wasn't the case.

Yes, it's true, FSCS doesnt apply to them. But what does that mean? It means when shit hits the fan, you won't be compensated with british taxpayer money by the british government. But if the accounts where they store the customer fund are intact, they are required to return those funds to the customers, and authorities can enforce that.

Am I 100% sure this will resolve happily? Of course not, but this exact situation is far from hopeless.

a week passed since they suspended the accounts and they did not give anymore info regarding this matter , im starting to think we will loose the money

Well, that is posible too, but I still think they will solve this, sooner or later...

It suddenly came out of the blue and if I am not wrong 1M accounts are now frozen

They will never come back, that's for sure. The bad thing is, that even people that didn't used ePayments are affected indirectly. Why? Many, if not all of the affiliate companies had an account with them to pay the publishers. In those accounts there were hundreds of thousands of dollars. Those companies have to take the lose or put it on behalf of the publishers. I've heard that LosPollos reduced their earning per lead with 15-20%. Today I've seen an article that megapu.sh refuses to pay publishers that earned more than $20,000 and they are in a $450,000 debt because of ePayments. So, this thing will have a domino effect on each and everyone.

any update on situation with this? Can we take some action? What are our rights? All info will be helpfull.

E-payments just posted a blogpost in its blog. They describe specific changes they are going to make to customer authentication as a result of the new rules. So all is not lost.

Even if they do come back, who will use them after this?

Although i haven't lost any money with them, neither with FCP, i've had enough of these payment processors and i switched to wire with a minimum payout of $1k, so the fee is not that expensive.
