Hi guys, just got an email from ePayments (very big company and used in almost all CPA movie programs)

On the February 11, 2020 ePayments Systems Limited (‘ePayments’) agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) to suspend all activity on its customer accounts. This decision was taken following a review, by the FCA, of ePayments anti-money laundering systems and controls, which identified weakness that required remediation.

We know this will be a very frustrating time for our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working tirelessly with the FCA to ensure improvements are made and accounts can be reactivated as soon as possible. During this improvement process, we want to assure customers that their funds are being safeguarded as normal.

I'm pretty sure they will not come back to soon.. or if we wanna be more realistic.. probably never. Any good alternatives? Epayments was perfect for transfer from and to cryptos.. had great daily limits (USD and EUR cards each one 3000 daily limit for withdrawals...)

Yeah i have payoneer... but is too far from epayments. You can connect epayments with paypal, send cryptocurrency, receive cryptocurrency and much more.. hope they will solve the problem...

Yea, got the email too. I always withdrew funds after payments, so fortunately i don't have any money left there. Switching to direct deposit in the mean time. Hopefully they'll recover. We have seen processors which didn't, hopefully they won't become the next FCP.

I don't think they'll come back from this and if they do, their reputation is ruined, so they won't. You lost that money.

When is about crypto, no laws help us customers. See Bte-e, MtGox and much more smaller exchanges

It's the same with payoneer, and with cryptos, why would you need a middleman to send/receive them when you have your own keys?! Never rely on others keys

Maybe. Depends on the British bankruptcy laws and regulations, if they go broke.

I wouldn't lose all hope just yet. They have (had) a British electronic money license and are tightly regulated. I assume British bankruptcy laws apply. I think it is like a bank and that customer money is seperate from the company assets. Doubt other creditors can claim the money from your account. I think the only difference to a bank account is that you don't have the British equivalent of FDIC insurance and the government doesn't guarantee the reimbursement of a certain amount of funds.

But you may need a lawyer to reclaim your funds if they don't reopen.

Happened to BTC-E, to Firstchoicepay and to them. Result will be the same, say goodbye to your money if you have anything stashed there
