Email submits, CPA for youtube guidance required

I recently tried joining maxbounty but my application got refused, now which similar cpa site can i join like maxbounty which would get my application approved, i am a complete newbie and would start out with email submits via youtube, can some body please guide me cheers, my skype is antidarwin thank u in advance cheers!

I don't think any good network will approve you without a website. If you've got a website, CPAlead seems to be a good network and getting approved isn't hard, if they have an approval process at all, I don't remember, been a long time since I register. But yeah, you need a website.

These networks are as reputable as MaxBounty:

Neverblue
A4D
Convert2Media
Peerfly

Although these are great networks, I think you should apply to AdWorkMedia since they have plenty of email submits. Go to offervault to find networks that have the types of offers you want.

As for getting accepted to networks, I recommend you call an affiliate manager as soon as you send your application and explain how you plan to send traffic to their offers. You can find the contact information of affiliate managers on affpaying.

need a professional looking website otherwise they won't accept u ..i faced similar problem before but u need to convince them how ur traffic will come .
