Email Marketing Getting Flagged and Reported

Hi there!

I am doing cold email and my campaign on Instantly is getting paused due to bounces.

We clean all of our emails using my email verifier so I know the emails are clean.

We also have done a 21 day warm up on these accounts.

We also give the person a way to opt out and we are CAN SPAM compliant.

Any ideas to keep IP's changing and protect the overall domains , etc?

Thanks in advance!

Might be obvious but avoid catch all servers

It sounds like you're doing a lot right, but cold email campaigns are tricky to manage at scale. To reduce bounces, double-check the quality of your email lists, sometimes even "cleaned" lists can have outdated addresses. For IP rotation, consider using dedicated IPs and rotating them with a trusted service. Using domains specifically for cold outreach (separate from your main brand) can also help protect your reputation. Lastly, personalize your emails more to lower spam complaints, bulk-sounding emails get flagged quickly.

have you check if your sending server is blacklisted ?

This could result from a number of reasons:
Email message got filtered as spam
Blacklisted server
Absence or Poorly configured DNS records

30-50k is a huge number for sending blackhat emails on a daily basis.

To break it down to send 50k emails a day, you would need the below infrastructure:

Domains: 400
Mailboxes: 2000
Total sends per day per mailbox: 25

Cost of cold email tool (approx): 500-800$ per month odd.
Cost of domains: 400*10$=$4,000.00
Cost of Mailservers: for 2000 mailboxes - 600$

i would recommend 4-5 different servers. Each mailserver would cost you around 150$ per year i.e, 600$ per year. (If IP gets blacklisted, have atleast 2 backup servers getting warmed up )

So you are looking to spend atleast 600$+4000$+500-800$ - think over if you want to send that email volume and if it would be profitable. If everything checks out, go right ahead with the setup. I will provide more info wherever you are caught up.
yo Bis - You for hire? [email protected] if so- CD
