Are you having problems with your facebook accounts, when you just bought someone's account to advertise your product, they all die, here are some steps to warm up the account effective :
1 : first when you buy an account , i have advice for you , you should buy or use old accounts this will make your account healthier
2 : Once you buy an account, you need to log in with a new profile to keep your acc id safe
3 : when you log into your account you need to warm them up within 1 hour
4 : After 1 hour you need to add payment card for facebook
5 : after adding the tag you can wait another 15 minutes to create a clean campaign to create more credibility for facebook (clean products, for example: post pictures of fruits, nature, ...)
6 : After the campaign is approved you need to pay 1-2$ for facebook
7 : then you just need to wait 1 hour later for you to promote your product it will be better for your account
Above are my 7 steps tips for you to heat up your facebook ad account. That helps your account to limit death. If you have any other tips or ideas, If you have a better idea, please add your comments.

I don't think it will work if the account you bought is strong enough.

that's right, my friend, I'm using it like I said, and I find my account healthier when I do the above operations.
 
In my opinion you should change your account name after you add the card and wait 1 hour for you to create a new campaign .
yes you can use that card for your new account i use one card for 5-7 different accounts bro

I find it reasonable for new accounts, if the account already has a spending history we can shorten the process

Just do that if the account is already warmed with activities etc otherwise I would recommend to warm the acc for at least 3 days before doing that to advoid bans
 
That's right, buddy, because this account is a long-term account, it can be faster to warm up the account than a newly set up account. Thank you for your comments

Was it closed due to violation? If yes, i advice you get a new card
 
no bro, your cards won't be locked if you don't lock them, i've used one card for multiple accounts so you can use them on new account
