Ebay - Destroy a rival!

Only "BIG SUCKERS" need to destroy rivals!!! and your friend are two of them!!
Suggest your friend to change business... if cant afford competition he can always suck monkey dicks!!

I suggest the mods to ban him.... because this is also illegal! this is "diffamatory"
thanks

There will always someone selling lower.

Emphasize what makes you better to buy from than your competitor...customer service, better quality, location, etc

I can get cheap food at Walmart but I shop at Publix.

Don't wish things were easier, wish you were better...

And don't try to hurt/destroy a rival. Learn from him and become better. Be glad there is competition. Success leaves clues.

Become a better smarter business person rather than try to pull someone else down.

This thread could have been 10 times more productive for you had you asked for critiques of your/your friend's ebay business, instead of asking how to hurt someone else's.

I hate people like you.

You're the reason my account got banned..Scumbag.

Just because I found a better supplier than you you're going to put me out of business.

I'd just like to say a BIG FUCK YOU.

Thanks

wow - it looks as though your competitor is also on these forums...

go figure - :chino:

make your own website and do seo =)

ebay is g4y

LOL selling lower is unfair ? thats business man. also consider if he is from china what is going to happen ? you try to give him bad feedback .... guess what Im sure your account will get trashed too. he will just open a new acc and sicne he is chepaer than you even with a new acc he will win. if your account gets worthless and you open a new one you will be more expensive so you wont earn shit.

you cant compete with china for the exact same item anyways.nothing wrong with destroying a competitor the right way. but neg feedback etc will just get back to you especially if you sell the exact same item.

yeah buddy dont mess the guys feedback up alot of people work hard for it.

I hear a lot of people going on about feedback, sadly feedback means nothing if your high volume selling.

I had over 250,000-500,000 sales and can tell you know feedback isn't all what its cut out to be.... Good sellers will list something at 0.99 which is flys out the door and will bounce back any negative sales on products which are questionable. Meaning there overall performance is not hit.

If people look at default listing view which is best match then it'l go on volume of sales and that is GTC. If people sort by price then the lowest person.

For X amount of sales, you can actually remove negative feedback anyhow. And if your saleing in the 1,000s negatives don't impact you as much as chances are you have more happy than unhappy... You will always get some people who are impossible to please.

Most people will sort by price, then the next one is best match.

You can't compete against prices from china its as simple as that, but you can compete for sales. 75% of the world knows that sellers in china are slow to arrive, average order from china to UK is around 5-14 days. If your sending from UK to UK its a day, if you send from UK to US its roughly within 5 days. People trust people outside china more. Most people assume that everything in china is fake...

Most china sellers on eBay use really bad English within there listings...

If your friend is expecting to solely sell on his own it just won't happen.. Best thing you can do is push him out of the market by multiple listings and stealing sales the honest way. If he copy's any of your auction text, or pictures report him.

It's 100% legal to make multiple eBay accounts, in fact its essential if you are a serious eBay seller. You will need to pay more fees however with multiple listings and you can expect not to hit your bronze silver, and gold, platinum if you aint selling 1,000s on a monthly basis.

I see a lot of people say that selling on eBay is fail but actually its much easier than SEO and making profits on the internet via adsense and more.

eBay you have a physical product to actually sell, get a china supplier which is extremely easy to get and you can expect lots of profits. Only reason I don't do it still as most of your days your packing orders, and listing new items constantly its boring as hell but the money is there and I know people who are millionaires out of doing it, and yes most of them get there stock from china :P

Also if anyone is instrested the real profits on eBay is finding something with multiple uses and listing it hundreds of times for different products.

Heres and example what I did, I find a chinese seller who was selling plate stands, Yes plate stands lol... i ordered lots of different types and found the best one. Looking at it, it was just as letter L and opened up. I then discovered phones which fit it. I then proceeded to list this item for phones, knowing it was ideal for 99% of phones on the market. I did NOT LIST just as universal as hardly anyone will type that however some will.

You list like
Sony Ericsson T715 Mobile Phone TV Movie Stand
Sony Ericsson i715 Mobile Phone TV Movie Stand
Nokia 5800 Express Mobile Phone TV Movie Stand
HTC Movie Stand TV Stand for All Mobiles

Etc etc
Then you explore the stand working for other things, like GPRS, Ipads, and other hand helds.

Most times if the stand didnt fit you just issue a refund without asking for the item to be returned (as you should pay for return postage this is time, and money) and chances are if you sent your item the same day or after they ordered it. They didnt care.

Then you get like other product and do the same and before you know it your selling 1,000s every day. Zomg, I dont miss these days Lol

The biggest advice I could give your friend is send out dispatch emails, and send it the same day if possible or next. People hate slow deliveries and most times will pick out flaws with a product because the overall service has been shite.

Hello,
My friend has a great shop selling electrnics on ebay. And he's got only one rival in the niche, but he's working unfair, dumping and putting too low prices, thus making my frined lowing prices too and loosing money. I need some advice to help my friend and destroy his rival. Black Hat techniques are welcomed:cool:

It makes me want to puke when i read these "destroy my rival" crap on here...why should we help you destroy someone else's source of income that you may make more money? Go do your home work on sourcing items so you can compete in the market and stop been malicious.

That's the problem with EBAY. People can sell below your cost including shipping. I ran into this myself. You can't get past it without getting to the manufacturer level and working it out.

Then you have actual businesses selling returns on ebay. or selling there product new. When does an auction house stop being an auction house? When you allow companies to sell their products themselves.

Ebay marketing has always had its ups and down. You just really need to have a good connection with a manufacturer or seller.

Maybe Blackhat is worthy of making you create some innovations in the field of SEO but still there are somethings that a human can't change of himself. So be a part of it

Report their most popular items, especially with it being electronics, as being bootleg. Several reports and eBay will systematically take down and disallow him to relist that item.

Buy his items, and lower his DSR's. It's sad that a couple negatives will do so much damage, but it will - unless he's doing over $30k in gross sales a month.

Create a new eBay account with the sellers similar information, list some Dr. Dre Beats, or p9Ox, and then resort to step 1. Once the account is suspended, create another. Now build up your new eBay account with cheapy little items, and hit the 90 day mark and eBay will want to call you up and tell them "my other account is ______ (competitor name)" - don't do this through the website as you don't know their password to log in, this will link the account. The CSR will automatically link the account. Sell some PS3's, refund the customers, get the negative feedback, get suspended, and then there is a 50-50 chance that if the account isn't doing enough volume that they dont have an acct manager, the account will just go down.

Buy something and do a return. File your dispute with PayPal. Call eBay and tell them that they keep threatening you every couple hours over the phone and you are getting the police involved.

If the competition is from China... they will go down but will always be replaced. eBay just isn't fond of Chinese sellers, there should be wayyy more Chinese eBay Sellers at the top of the food chain, but there isn't. Most don't make it past 6 months or a couple thousand transactions.

Msg them asking to buy several of their items off of eBay for a 5% discount. They will likely agree because they know they can make more money doing this. Report it.

If you want to be bare knuckles about it, it's all economics. If you could physically give away all of your products at a price where you make nearly no profit, they will fold, even if they are from China. They won't be able to compete, and will back off. Let them drain their resources trying to struggle in a non-profit niche. When their sales greatly increase, then start using temporary accounts to buy things from them, and then start asking for refunds. They will refund you, even if they can't afford to. This will make them go in the red and they will go down for not paying fees and owing a debt to paypal and not being able to relist. As soon as they go down, greatly increase your prices until the next competitor pops up. (which they will, seeing as how profitable your items will be) - Rinse and repeat.

ebay mafia@ i'm trying to PM you but seems like your inbox are full. Can you please clear and PM me back. I will highly appreciate this. thank you

Great, and he'l just do the same back lol.... It's a known fact that chinese sellers have use lots of accounts, they even have warehouses in EU.

If you touch his DSR's there just open a new account, and you can bet he'll get you back.

It's so not a niche if your thinking of doing this, I think this thread should be closed :\/

Buy the items and see if its a counterfeit, and then report it and get them banned, GG?

If you can, get as low price as possible that you don't make anything nor lose. This will get him out of business, when he is gone you can up the prices again with more positive feedback :)

That is a fair fight :)

Hi,

I think in competition many people do this. May be he do this for keeping client forever. Anyhow, he knows the best, what circumstances he face now a days.

But one thing i mentioned that he have no right to make his price unfairly low, only to make damage to the market price.

Regards,
Zaheera
