If you did not get a campaign for more than 1 week after your sign up and if you beleive that your twitter account is free of spam,bot and such thing you can hit them up with a mail so that they will check it and set up a campaign for you asap.
 
I honestly cant believe the rating on this thread. Nobody else is reporting this working or not??? I did attempt this. Found a way to get 1k followers a day easy, with 9k follower account

Call me old fashion. But I like proof.

Oh, and i did a little more research on twtmobs faq and found this:

Well I've registered for twtmob like 5 days ago and I've created my twitter account back in January 2011.

you can increase your seeds by liking more facebook pages or use tweind bot method using macros to get more seeds.

Managed to get 1000 followers and registered lets see if I get anything from them will post if it worked for me..
 
Great idea esp that I have 100,000 seeds on twiends spread on various accounts! If anyone's interested in buying twiends seeds also hit me up :)

just signed in to twtmob (used your ref) and will update you guys when I have a campaign running

I have a question though, how do u add more than one twitter account, I've went through the website and didn't manage to do this!
