I saw tons of people buying views to rank their mobile game hack and iphone jailbreak videos, how do they earn money from that? because no one will spend $200+ per video for $10-$20 earning.

i know it's cpa but how does that work.

Diverse audience bro. If lucky they can rank in tier1 countries. Game hack videos will regularly bring in huge amount of newbie's.
Actually You are correct person to test that as you have all requirements to do that. Just give a try.
