I came across this post from the admin on another forum, though it might be a good source of income for some BHWers here. You can follow their facebook page or twitter to get more information. So here goes:

Greetings,

We?ve just launched the site a couple of days ago and are slowly gaining popularity. We have great plans for INFE.ST as we do intend to provide several other services (we just launched our URL shortener!). Things are in the works but we would like to create a lock-in for users first by launching our first service - ?upload and get paid?.

There are no file size limits and no country restriction. So as long as anyone from anywhere downloads any file from you, you earn! There are also no limits on the number of downloads on your file.

Currently, our earnings system is $20 per 10,000 downloads (its twice that of the popular giant 'Ziddu' and in future if we can increase it, we will) . This could improve after a few payouts as we want to create a win-win situation for everybody. Minimum payout is a low US$10 and will be paid on a Net 30 basis. Currently, we only pay on Paypal but that could change if we get a lot of feedback on using other medium. Check out the FAQ or email us if you have any queries.

What a horrible name for a download service! Who would want to download anything from a site called "infest"? It's like you would be asking for a virus/malware.

I actually lol'd at this.
It still does sound cool but very shady at the same time when it comes to downloading files.
 
haha i do agree with @gonnieguhu on the name too, but it's kinda cool and short.

Very good sales page.
I like it. Clean, and simple.
Name is terrible, but offer is nice.
We will see how its goes...
 
BTW, they will get banned from Google anytime soon for doing what they are doing...

They might, but personally I came across many many sites that have such placements too and they are not banned.
 
How is everyone earning from INFE.ST? I just earned $3 for two days by just uploading one file only :)
 
Yeah. Besides there's so many "get paid for 1000 downloads" site's out there that it's not even funny any more! Why not just use s h a r e c a s h and get paid like 400-600$ per 1000 downloads? Sorry but to many sites like those coming up and your in the wrong forum for this bro... :D

Are you trying to crack a joke here buddy. First that site is badly done, then wtf is "Ziddu" , a giant? sure idk what kind of "site evaluator" you used for your site, but your seriously not on the right track. Now you are telling people is 10 dollars for 20k downloads.LOL!!! the real file uploads pay you like 7-10 for 1k downloads,you are not even competing on this business right, plus the domain you got sounds like a virus/evil domain.

Do your research right before you start making some very stupid threads, promoting your shitty site. Cause honestly it looks like spam to all of us here.
 
The OP should have learned 101 forum marketing techniques for gently advertising their program. Instead of blatantly posting his/her affiliate link or plugging a suspect site, put up a quick blog, and post the full technique there with whatever links or sites you want. Then post an abbreviated version of the method on forums, and direct interested readers to your blog post 'for the full details.'

Contribute to an IM forum a universal money concept that could be applied or tweaked for a specific program, and be prepared to accept the up or down judgment of it on the merits---at least ATTEMPT to give, in order to receive. Don't just spam your links.
 
@everyone hi there, firstly this is not my site and i happen to chance upon it on other forums and thought i can share it with the community here. and since it's so not popular and gotten bad reviews, then ignore this thread.

it's helping me to earn though. administrator please kindly remove this thread as the community here dont like it.
 
hmm it appears the ads arent forced clicked... that is why the payout is so low.
