Not sure what country you're in, but I'd call that closer to criminal than "Black Hat."

Thanks beezee but from where I live the internet/cyber laws here are pretty lame and Im sure that my previous employer wouldn't even know who did what or what hapened to the site. Im thinking of cookie affiliates but I have no idea how that works.
