There's a lot of ways to automate it.
For beginner, imacros is the simplest solution. It's a free browser extension.
Skype has a web interface on web.skype.com. You can write an imacro script to automate the adding of contacts on that page.

It's an interesting method but I'm not sure it would work, unless you are able to send thousands and thousands of messages daily.
But who would fall for this? A random person spamming you with a suspicious link should be enough to scare them away and realise that it won't work.

This is extremely easy to automate. Using Skype4COM API, you can easily sending friend request messages with your link, to auto generated usernames - there are high level methods which allow you to that. Just search for Skype4COM
