Last time when i was hitting Skype on a bigger scale, it was ok for a few weeks, but at the end, they weren't amused and disabled quite a few accs of mine. I wasn't able to wrap my head around how could they link all my accs, even the brand new ones, so i just left it. Skype is definitely one of toughest, when they're onto you.
By default you can't message strangers unless they're enabled it in their settings. So you're left with sending contact requests, if you send too much, that will throw up red flags. It can work for a while though. You can use multiple accs, but they're pretty good at linking them.
