Dynamic IP for IG accounts

I saw a thread about creating IG accounts using Dynamic IP, then from what i read i realized i needed an special router (not sure).

-How do i know if i have dynamic ip?
-If i don't have, what i need to do to have one?
-If i use dynamic ip i still need proxies?

  1. Check your IP address here
  2. Write down the address
  3. Restart your router by unplugging from the power for 1 minute then connecting it again
  4. Check your external IP address again, and compare it. If it has changed, you have a dynamic external IP address. If it has not changed, you may have a static IP address.
