Well we can easily see that more and more people thrive through private searches since all these big monopoly companies are mostly full control data info. We can easily see that popularity of for example Duckduckgo users are rapidly going up. So my basic question is. Does it worth to invest your time and possibly money to specific duckduckgo seo? And is there any difference between google and duckduck search engine?

Sort of. Google is better at picking up spam than the others for example so if your target is JUST Bing or DDG you'd get away with more. But you'd also get a fraction of the market share.

It's not going to change anytime soon. People don't care what Google is doing with their data as long as they have the best search results they're going to stay on top.
