Any one has cured his / her Dry Eye syndrome?
Long screen time is mainly responsible for this.. And it is annoying
Please share your tips how did you cure it or reduce it.

I use some eye drop to cool it down once in a while. I used to wear anti-glare glasses but not these days.

Dry Eye syndrome
Dry eye syndrome is a medical condition
how did you cure it
Since it is a medical condition, seeking suggestions to cure a medical condition is prohibited as per https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms/ # 3.13
Nonetheless, I do hope that you find some relief and possibly a cure as well. Please consult an ophthalmologist or rather an eye doctor.

Why most people don't wear blue glasses? (They use the computer for long hours)
Does it have problems?

I mostly dont use them because every article say they don't really work / not scientifically proven to work

EDIT: "Wearing blue light glasses may sound like a good solution, but a recent study determined there was little evidence to support the use of blue-blocking filters in the prevention of digital eye strain."

Please go see an eye doctor. It's not worth it to take eye related issues lightly.

you might still new to screen radiation, the best is to reduce/adjust time spent on screen till you eye adjust to the radiation. hope you can understand?

Take some break from screen time and wear blue screen filter glasses while using the computer screen

Preventing eye strain while working on the computer is crucial for maintaining eye health and comfort. To avoid discomfort and fatigue, make sure your workspace has proper lighting, including ambient and task lighting to reduce screen glare. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break to look at an object 20 feet away, which will give your eyes a much-needed rest. Adjust your monitor's settings for optimal brightness, contrast, and font size. Position your screen at eye level and maintain a comfortable viewing distance to minimize strain. Blink frequently to keep your eyes moist, and consider using artificial tears if necessary. Lastly, schedule regular eye exams to address any potential issues and ensure that your eyes remain healthy during extended computer use.
