eye pain

Any one has cured his / her Dry Eye syndrome? Long screen time is mainly responsible for this.. And it is annoying Please share your tips how did you cure it or reduce it.

Which monitor is best to avoid eye strain and eye fatigue I spend more than 8 hours on computer and getting strain in my eyes and even some pain is there a monitor which can cause less or no damage to eyes

Typically I sit in front of my pc 12 hours a day and my eyes hurts a lot, so does my head. Do you guys have any tips? Stop working is not an option for me now. Thanks in advance, guys

The black background and yellow forecolor make my eyes really painful..is there any ways to customize the view? what about you guys? share your thoughts.. :DPlz dont tell to close the window...i like bhw very much since it helped me to roll some bucks!!
