Any one has cured his / her Dry Eye syndrome?
Long screen time is mainly responsible for this.. And it is annoying
Please share your tips how did you cure it or reduce it.

I use some eye drop to cool it down once in a while. I used to wear anti-glare glasses but not these days.

I mostly dont use them because every article say they don't really work / not scientifically proven to work

you might still new to screen radiation, the best is to reduce/adjust time spent on screen till you eye adjust to the radiation. hope you can understand?
