Hello, i am an 15 year old from the netherlands. who has alot of experience with selling stuff. but eventually i got bored of it. all the work that comes with it and stuff. it did earn good, but i wanted to move on to something bigger and here i am trying to set up a dropshipping site.

So i had some questions

I already have a site and a domain, but how do i implement the dropshipping system?
For example, if people go to my site, and they order something, does the order go to me or does it directly go to the supplier?

are there any plugins who can do this? (send an order through my site directly to the suppliers site)

and are there any things i really need to know before i start dropshipping (have done alot of research already)

I appreciate all the help i can get, if somebody can offer me something please do so.
Have a great day.

Dropshipping is actually a relatively simple concept, especially before the influx of wannabe Gurus nowadays.

Shopify is the simplest way to start with for Dropshipping. All you need is an App (plugin) called Oberlo, search for the items in your niche on Aliexpress, design your website here and there and you're done.

The hardest part is getting the right people and the people to close the sales. I have not been so successful with dropshipping, so I can't say much about the marketing part of it.

Are you using Wordpress and Aliexpress?

If yes then you got plugins like these...
https://codecanyon.net/item/aliexpress-dropship-for-woocommerce/19821022
https://codecanyon.net/item/wooexpress-woocommerce-aliexpress-affiliates/9847761
and others, just google aliexpress dropship plugin to find them.

If you aren't using aliexpress but some other provider, try googling their name dropshipping plugin.

If you are placing orders via email to supplier there are few woocommerce plugins that can create daily automatic export of orders and send them to suppliers email.

For shopify the most popular one I believe is Oberlo.

It's genuinely a simple and hard thing. Yes, both at the same time.

But to answer your question- Here's a few steps:

1) Create a store on shopify and connect the domain to it.
2) Integrate an app called "Oberlo" and use it for fulfillment and direct connection to the supplier product as well as for importing products with one click from source sites eg. aliexpress.
3) Connect your paypal or any payment gateway.
4) When a customer orders, you either manually or auto fulfill the order which further gets routed by oberlo to the supplier and he does all the rest shit like shipping and delivering the order. All you gotta do is pay him.
5) For further details on how to promote your business or how to run ads, check out my recent post where I posted about ads strategy we used for one of our stores that made $200k+.

Hope you find it helpful. Goodluck with the journey!

ty for the steps and the link will check everything out. i am really suprised of how nice people are here on bhw! im just a nobody and everybody responds to my questions.

It's easy on paper but the hardest part is to find the right costumers like they said

So everybody is recommending shopify. but the thing is, to actually get started with shopify you require to pay 30 euros per month. i first wanted to see if i could get some sales to see if it is worth investing in. but i cant even check that. anybody have any recommendations? maybe something better than shopify cheaper? ( that also allows aliexpress dropshipping)

shopify does have a 14-day trial!

even with the trial you cannot sell anything, and people require passwords to enter your site. look
i def want to try this out, but i think its kind off absurd requiring me to pay before i can even try it out. the trial only lets you build your website i think. please notify me if otherwise

Shopify will get you setup quicker, but costs more money in the long run. Woocommerce has a bit of a learning curve, but my personal preference. IMO, better themes, flexibility with customization, and pricing.

If price is an issue for you at this point, I think you're in for a surprise. Advertising costs are going to eat up your budget, especially when you're starting out. If you don't have $5k to play with, it's not impossible, but really really tough.

You have to pick a plan with credit card info to proceed. You will not be charged until the trial is over.

alternatively you can try the developer version. It is free until you have 50 sales. You can associate it with your custom domain name instead of xxx.myshopify.com. This would be best to start.

Once you get sales and you know you are on a roll, you can remain in shopify or move to woocommerce. Woo is cheaper in the long run because all you need is hosting. But you do need to know how to work with wordpress and woocommerce. Shopify is easiler.

Shopify maybe $29 per month, but trust me that it would be the best investment for your business. Why? Because compared to any other platforms, it's the easiest and simply a drag-n-drop/ plug-n-play kind of development. No doubt developing a "good" or "lucrative" site would be hard, but still, this would be worth it all. I even sent you the link for my post where I discussed a facebook ads strategy through which we (me and my team) made $200k+ in revenue. Just copy all my steps and implement that in your business. I'm sure you'd get a good number of sales. Goodluck :)

PS- Start with ads/marketing only when your site/frontend is perfect. Ads wouldn't do any good if your site outlook itself is shit or the backend is malfunctioning.

Do let me know if you need any help or have any questions. Would love to help you out!

I have to admit is hard than doing Adsense .

well both different things to be fair

adsense you don't care much , just drive traffic , even spam your site around the target is traffic , click is bonus

dropship Same traffic is the key but must be " target " next to buy or not is another question even you have research the popular or etc products

traffic is alot But got sales or not is another thing . In fact , i currently enage one bro help me on drop shop. I ONLY will say who I enaage this service
When I got many sales. as for a Fair review on seller side.

to be fair , come review on Sellers , if you see around no much people give results as proof .

Currently my site store part still got misc fix to be done on the same time i daily drive traffic

no sales yet. maybe still new etc have to see how it go.

yes you are right hardest part is getting the sales.
