Dropshipping sex toys?

If you can market properly, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Sex sells. Anything related to sex sells. You should rather be asking yourself, "am I willing to do this, when I can end up with a bunch of unused dildos lying around my bed?".
I have had one local client in past who sold similar stuffs like hot cakes. He had 20-50 orders a day (I used to manage his site... so I know). Also, he had his stock. He did not dropship. Time may be a problem in this game (not kidding).

Honestly go for it if you have the audience might as well monetize it somehow.
Could even do affiliate marketing so you don't have to worry about all the things that dropshipping entails (orders,shipping etc)

This is actually a lot smarter, all the IG models use that onlyfans site or something similar and I hear they make pretty good bank

Doesn't matter "what" it is you drop ship if you have a good profit margin in that item, and you can advertise it on a ROI that leaves you enough to make it worth your while. Volume will also come into play, but that also depends upon what amount of sales you consider worth your while. Personally I have had better success in dropping higher price tag items, of at least $100 retail sales value.

There are thousands of dropshippers, that sell sextoys, one of the biggest shopify stores is FLESHLIGHT! Its a MASSIVE industry, but insane compettion, and fb ads wont get aproved,

It can be hard to sell sex toys, conventional advertising does not really work. How did you get your following of "horny dudes"?
If you got them from a porn tube, probably they wont spend much money. If they are from a cam site you can get them to spend big with certain products.

The majority of my followers are 25-50 males mostly from foreign countries though. I don’t know if their location will effect the outcome

There are a bunch of issues with selling sex toys, finding a willing payment processor and not being able to use facebook ads being the biggest of your worries.
Have you considered funneling that traffic into a cam site affiliate deal? Might be your best bet.
