Hey i am thinking to aim in Dropshipping here in Spain. First of all sorry for my english, it is not my native language.

I was reading to many post about dropshipping here in BHW, the plan is to buy in aliexpress and resell here in spain and get profit.

I know how to make a web+hosting+Niche+FBA+ and all this stuff.

The problem is: The shipping from aliexpress to spain is like 16-26 days, we havent here epacket shipping (i think epacket is like 12-20 days shipping)

Do you think that these 7 plus days on shipping will be a problem to sell my products or later to deal with claims?

And finally if i make my online shop, must i do something first like pay some tax to the estate or something like that? I never read you talking about this, maybe in spain is different.

Hi. I dont think the additional 7 days will be a problem just clearly state it on your site. Maybe put a FAQ tab where you explain your shipping time. Im not sure about tax though maybe someone here from spain can help you. BTW why sell on spain when you can sell on US? Im not from US but my market is there.

That is a good idea too but i am a little lost about US payments, tax... etc
    can i pm you?

Because amazon is so expensive if you compare it with aliexpress, the margin of profit was so small, or maybe i am missing something

Make it clear to your customers what the shipping times are. After you get the ball rolling and have some cash, you can start purchasing the items that are selling the best so you can have some stock to ship yourself if the finance of double shipping makes sense financially. It requires an investment, but it will slash your shipping times which might boost your conversion rates.

Additionally, you might look for AliExpress sellers that have fulfillment centers in the EU. Those tend to arrive much faster. Don't be afraid to message the sellers about that and select your partner based on that requirement.

Yep, write all of them. Why would it be spamming.

Selling in the second hand market and selling in you own reputable online shop are markedly different things and I don't think they are comparable.

I think that if the price point is right then people would not mind the shipping time at all

You need to warn every new client about the long delivery time. People don't usually read FAQs and general website information, so when a customer places anorder and contacts you, just honestly write how long they need to wait for their package.
