Drop shipping and Paypal ban/limit

1. I have read many posts complaining about Paypal ban/limit. Even thought Paypal doesn't clearly show that Drop Shipping is not allowed but when people try to appeal it and transparency to Paypal that they are doing drop shipping, Paypal tell them that is risky business as the reason for the account banned/limited

-> Have you ever been in this case and how to overcome it?

2. Do I HAVE TO use Business Paypal rather then Personal? I worry that Business Paypal require company registeration which I think most of us don't have.

Go with stealth paypal or find another payment gateway

Paypal is sucks, when i work with business account.. they limited me 4 times then they need few weeks to review the limitation.. just i'm recommending to use another gateway or follow their rules.

any suggestion for another gateway?

Stripe is also on my list but Paypal is so popular, if we just ignore Paypal we might lose a lots of buyer :|

Did you know eBay is dropping paypal? I think it's next year, I forget the exact date.
