Hi!
First I'd like to thank you guys for all the information I've read on this forum, everyone here motivated me to start my own journey.
However in the middle of creating my content for an amazon affiliate site I'm in doubt about my product niche.
I just read somewhere that your product should have 100$+ cost minimum.
My product's cost is between 35-60$ and has 4000+ customer reviews on the best selling item and has low competition in general.
What sould I do now? Can I make money with these numbers?
Or should I look for an another fairly expensive product and put this project aside for a while?

1. Don't quit, keep building and testing with what you have so far.

2. If you sell a lot of small items, your next project with high price ticket items will earn you more commission.

3. Dont quit

Thank you! I won't quit, I just don't know which product should I start with.
I didn't even made my site yet, that's why I'm in doubt. Maybe I should start my first page with something more expensive product even if it has greater competition and put my half-ready site aside for a while.
Someone, who is experienced with amazon, could share his thoughts on which product should I start with?

You should aim for products $100+ but its ok, the website will still make money.

Just learn from this and on your next site you can fix any mistakes.

Ok, thank you! I think I will stay with my cheaper products since the content is almost ready. It's gonna be a good experience for my first site and if nothing else, hopefully I will earn the hosting price of my next site.

I got a site selling $50 products that makes mid $x,xxx per month. I often sell other products worth $100+ (24 hour cookie).
Don't worry, you can still bank hard with a low-priced item niche. :)

Best of luck!

Wow that's impressive, thank you for the motivation! :D
