can some elaborate the double meta refresh method in detail. i am a noob so it's difficult for me to grab the concept. It would e really helpful if i could get a detailed step by step guide that elaborates the various steps involved in DMR.

I am not sure whether this question has been asked before or if this is the right place to ask my question..

google is always your friend just hit the search button and you will find what you need...bellow is a link (not mine) of a guy explaining on his blog what meta refresh is I think there is also some post around here, don't be afraid to do some research that's how you will find the methods that will make you money on this forum.

just search around...there are plenty of threads on it. It's basically just a way to blank the referrer to hide your traffic source from the networks.
 
search on here for cpa redirector 2. much better than dmr. you can spoof your traffic sources and show what you want

Don't bother with DMR. It's much easier to use a tracking link, which looks less suspicous because the referrer isn't blanked, just cloaked with a perfectly legitimate URL.

but can your affiliate manager track your traffic if you just use tracking link??
