There are static site generators out there like Jekyll and Hugo but those require knowledge of html/css and a templating language like Liquid.

WordPress is great. But I agree that it depends on the goal of the project, then you have to choose whether to use WP or not, for max efficiency.

I mean for you to understand me more I basically have a lot of clients that solely create blogging websites and I have always used Wordpress, but I asked myself like the process is always repeated and kinda of getting boring to create those blogs, even if it is a paid service it will be good to test it out, plus it is a bit hard to maintain everything and keep it up to date, with that said I also think that maybe if i can figure a way to create a wordpress template that with just one click will download me all of the required plugins change all the required settings and so, I haven't done any research so I don't know if something like that even exists in the first place!

I would say the alternative with value is pure html website so you won't get hacked like wordpress sites do.

But you are trading easiness, tons of plugins for something which requires lots of skills.
