Don't you get depress?

Well, sometimes it can be depressing sometimes. But, it is nowhere near as depressing as having to talk to various individuals every day. Working online is more relaxing. However, I do agree with your view - it's healthy to go out now and then. But, whoever works from home knows that it's difficult to achieve the right balance.

I work in a co-working space, So everyday except weekends I wake up early do the morning routine and go out and sit there to work.

3 or 4 days per week I run in the morning before going to the Co-working space.

In the weekends, I meet some friends, If not, I go to the bar and try to talk in anything with anyone.

Every several weeks, I do a small trip to somewhere close to me *In Europe* I live in Italy.

Yes, my friends are few but that's better for me.. more people = more problems.

Hi,

Don't you get depress and alone and have low self esteem working online?

I think it's healthy and normal to meet people everyday, waking up early and getting out of the house.

Thanks.

That's why you buy yourself a wife.
Seems to be to expensive for you

I know I know. There are many who are active offline, but I'm talking about those who are not. I'm talking about the average people. Who stay in the house everyday and rarely goes out. When a person let's say doing clickbank affiliate, he will sit home everyday alone, then he will rarely have any friend, then he will get socially awkward, then he will get depress and fat. I know there are people who are very active, like internet marketing gurus, but I'm talking about the average, who stays home everyday.

That sounds like 99% of all office slaves

So first of all - each to their own, right?

if you get depressed then you need to change your situation but what sucks for you might be ideal for someone else. I've worked in offices where everyone slaves away for someone else 9-5 and then goes to the pub and I was pretty depressed doing that. Being alone and depressed is not the realm of internet marketing. If you're not getting out and doing the things you want to do then you need to make some changes and working for someone else doesn't necessarily have to be the answer.

That all said - yes, I sometimes do.

There are times where I can work happily where and when I want and spend the rest of my time living my life. But one of the pitfalls of working for yourself is there's always something to do and if we want to hit a certain goal sometimes that means sacrificing things. I've been writing code or sales copy while my friends are out partying and that can be depressing sometimes but it's a trade-off I've chosen to make in some situations.

I don't want the same things as some of my friends who work 9-5 and clock out. I'll have some things they don't have. I'll make some sacrifices they don't have to. Again, it's a balancing act.

I find it hard dealing with people face to face, so no, it’s ideal for me :)

Same here. The thought of dealing with people and their drama every single day and putting my nice face on and pretend to care about their minutiae instead of focusing on productivity is the main reason I want to earn my income online.

My advice:
1. Eat healthier
2. plan your time
3. sleep in the night and not day
4. train
5. stretch
6. dont think on the god damn Internet
7. get a hooker

I can see why some might be depressed if they are not making it. Or if they are just starting. But you can work hard and learn and you can make it online. Try your best not to get depressed and know that all your hard work will pay off.

I work online and love to work from comfort of my home.
I sleep only 6 hour and spend 18 hours online.
And it is very difficult for me to leave compute and sleep.
