I decided to give iNeedArticles.com a try based on a recommendation from someone. About a week and a half ago I ordered 2 rewrites from them to test them out. First article I selected the 5 star writer. Second article I did not.
I got my first article back a few days later and when I read it over it was obviously a crap rewrite. It looked like someone changed synonyms and phrases in a spinner. I checked it on tool4o.com/uniq4o and also on copyscape's article comparer.
Uniq4o came back as 28% unique and copyscape said it was over 40% copied.
Ok fine, I run into this issue a lot with companies doing rewrites. So I sent in a ticket.
3 days and no response.
So I send in another ticket and someone finally responds to me.
They ask me for my username and a copy of the article. I send it to them.
Another day goes by and no response. I send them an email. They finally respond the next day, which is 5 days now since my ticket was submitted.
Their response: copyscape shows it as being 100% unique
Yeah bullshit it does since I compared the articles there myself. I send them an email with links and screenshots so they can compare and see for themselves.
Their response: ...nothing
Send another email.
Their response: ...nothing
Send another email, now a week since submitting a ticket.

It's been 10 days now and I've received 2 emails from them.
Normally, I wouldn't give a shit about $6 or however much it was but it really pisses me off when I receive horrible customer service from a company. Especially from one of Jonathan Leger's companies, the guy who brought us The Best Spinner and Article Builder. I assumed wrongly that this guy would have some capacity for customer service.
They didn't offer to fix the article. They didn't offer a refund for the article. They don't even respond.
My review of iNeedArticles.com - Two thumbs down - I won't ever work with these people again.
And for the other article I had rewritten, not by a 5 star writer, turned out to be ok. It was something like 58% unique, which was good enough. Not great but the person actually rewrote a good chunk of it.
Don't work with an article writing company that doesn't give you any recourse to fixing the article written. You do not have to accept crap like this. If you pay for something, get what you paid for.
